How can I view my medical records or test results on the NHS App?

Once you create your NHS App account, you will be prompted to answer a series of questions to verify your identity. Typically, this can be done through the app by uploading a photograph and recording a short video. However, this process occasionally encounters issues. If you're struggling to complete this step, you may need to verify your identity manually by visiting the surgery with identification, where we can assist in verifying your account.

Please be aware that any acute items will not be visible to order. If you have recently joined the practice and cannot see any repeat medication, please arrange an appointment with your GP to review your current repeat prescriptions, these will then be available for you to order.
